A big shopping complex including various shops like Gas agency, Furniture mart, vehicle show rooms, Grocery, Utensils, Vegetable marketing units and Hotel.

Central Bank of India and its Extension Counters one at Melmaruvathur College Campus and another at Kalavai College Campus. State Bank of India with ATM Counter. Kancheepuram Central Co-operative Banks, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank etc are serving the Student, Staff and public.

As the temple is located on National Highway the bus stopping at Melmaruvathur, facilitates the movement of the devotees from any part of the country and there is a bus stand coming up soon in Melmaruvathur.

There are two petrol bunks and Indian Oil Corporation and Bharat Petroleum are serving the vehicles visiting the temple.

To render the service to the animals of nearby villages, University Training and Research Centre, Tamil Nadu University for Veterinary and Animal Sciences is functioning with in the temple area.

To help the public in day to day life, facilities like Lodging ,marriage choultry and hotels are also available .

About 2000 m3/ hour of waste water is pooled from the temple, hospitals, hostel and institutions and treated in the advanced water treatment plant at Melmaruvathur and 1200 m3/hour of water is treated at Kalavai and used for irrigation purpose.

A separate Electricity wing is functioning at Siddhar Peedam to maintain the supply smoothly without any interruption and the Trust have generators of various capacity to meet out a continuous power supply during power failure.

Well furnished quarters with ample car parking facilities are available for different categories of people viz devotees, doctors, staffs, securities and labours.

The BSNL telephone exchange facility is also available at Siddhar Peedam.
